Best Black Bean Salsa

Best Black Bean Salsa

16oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. frozen corn (defrosted)
1 red pepper diced
3/4 c. sliced green onion
3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. picante sauce ( I use mild Pace Picante)
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. olive oil ( I use extra virgin olive oil)
1 t. ground cumin

Mix all together and serve chilled with tortilla chips...lasts at least a week in the fridge. This dip is nutritious and delicious. ENJOY!!!

Love the black bean salsa, and the artichoke dip is to die for when YOU make it. For some reason, it didn't turn out right when I tried.
