These are a few of my favorite things...

My amazing mother bought this while staying with us a few months ago and I have not bought a different kind of orange juice since. I also tried the Simply Orange Lemonade and Limeades as well, I love the lemonade but am not a huge fan of the limeade variety. We always get the pulp free, but they have 6 different not-from-concentrate %100 juice varieties to chose from. Not to mention, it is loaded with a full days supply of Vit C. This is, in my opinion, definitely the best orange juice out there!

I use the coarse variety in all my cooking, except for when I bake, then I use regular salt. I find that I am able to use a lot less salt and get more impact as other varieties and that I love the texture it adds. This high quality sea salt adds almost a gourmet flavor to your favorite beef, seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes. I even put a dash on top of my salads which is always a nice touch! You can find this product at your local grocery store in the spice aisle. If you have never tried sea salt, I highly recommend it.

I was introduced to these little treasures by my sister Anna. These surprising chocolate and mint creme sandwich cookies may become your new passion too. It begins with two chocolate wafers with a very delicate crunch. But my favorite part is the filling, a combination of cocoa and natural mint. And for the organic lovers out there, these have no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors. I buy these at the nearest Wholefoods store, but you can also buy them on line.

A gift from my sweet mother-in-law and now a favorite of mine, this olive oil is aromatic and sweet. Organic Meyer Lemons are crushed together with fresh California olives to make this amazing extra virgin olive oil. Great for steamed vegetables, arugula salads, pasta & parmesan. My favorite use of this amazing product is to pair it with a yummy bread and heirloom tomatoes. Click on the link above, to find this product on line (once I find out where my mother-in-law found this locally, I will let you all know.) My friend, Heather, informed me that you can buy this along with another olive oil that she highly recommended (grapefruit olive oil...I believe) at Gygis. Thanks Heather!

Heather...you just made my day! Thanks for letting me know. =)

I hope you guys were able to enjoy the farmer's market (in the rain) before they all packed up to leave. That was a bummer! I am sure you guys are so excited to have Matt's cousin living so close.
